The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation annual report wins international award
|
Titled “Now I Can,” the 2007 annual report features multimedia segments, slide shows and videos that tell the story of how the foundation’s investments enable recipients to do what otherwise may have been impossible, on both large-scale and personal levels.
Point of Vision provided creative direction, design, photography and multimedia development for the project, which received a Bronze Award from the International ARC Awards. This was the third annual report Point of Vision designed for the Blank Foundation.
“We’re pleased to see the Blank Foundation win this award, but what’s more important is that we helped them develop an annual report that is helping them build and maintain support,” said Marcy Pett, client services director at Point of Vision. “The report is effective because we used the multimedia as tools to share compelling stories that really touch people and show the value of the foundation’s work.”
The ARC Awards were established by MerComm, Inc. in 1987 to honor and encourage overall excellence in annual reports. For this year’s competition, more than 2,100 entries were submitted by more than 1,000 companies from 28 countries.
